• Must be a team player, an excellent communicator and a problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a leader you will be responsible for defining the project scope, monitoring progress of the project, coordinating with team members and ensuring successful completion of the project.
  
• Experience: Should be a MCA or BE Computers from a reputed University with relevant experience and references.
  
• Skill sets: VB, ASP, HTML, Cold Fusion, Java Script and RDBMS (Microsoft SQL server, Oracle and Microsoft Access).

Software Developer - (Ref Id-2001/06/SD)

• Must be proficient in writing code, testing, debugging, documentation, implementing and maintaining systems while adhering to standards within the department and company. Should be able to analyze and develop computer applications that will meet user and IT objectives through user interfaces, analytical skills, and programming. Should be able to handle multiple projects at once, and to work both in a team and as an individual. Should be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities and minimal supervision. Should be able to review specifications and provide time estimates on the development of projects and features. Should be able to communicate technical information clearly. Should have excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
  
• Experience: Should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent with 1+years of experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Skill sets: Visual Basic, ASP, .NET, Visual C++ or Visual FoxPro and RDBMS (Microsoft SQL server and Oracle 8i).

Database Developer - (Ref Id-2001/06/DD)

• Should be able to provide database solutions for software applications. Should have very good understanding of Relational Database Systems, concepts and application. Will be responsible for design, development and administration of database systems. Should be a team player as well as self-motivated individual. Knowledge of other programming languages is desired.
  
• Experience: Should be a MCA or BE Computer Science from a reputed University with relevant experience and references.
  
• Skill sets: RDBMS - Microsoft SQL server, Oracle and Microsoft Access
