: At my company you have to access company email and the company provided internet through a dial up global network.
: If I have AOL downloaded on my pc at work and I access my personal AOL account before going into my global dial up network. Can the company tell I'm in AOL and what site(s) I'm viewing.

If you are going through AOL through a modem through a regular analog line to the outside then they should not know.

You can use an anonymizer like www.anonymizer.com or go to this link and you will find a whole list of anonymizers that run your requests through a proxy that your company cannot see.
