Hi,
I have an idea for an addition to our intranet and looking for a way to develop it. Within our organisation we have protocol meeting every 1-2 weeks in which a good number of people have to trawl through these 40-50 page documents highlighting any irregularities they find or concerns they may have about it. At the minute each person goes through their own paper copy of it, and at these meeting we go through the protocol page by page and highlight anything that each person may have found.
In an effort to save time and money (on photocopying etc) I would like to develop one protocol on the intranet whereby each person can look at the document and then place a comment on the paragraph they have concerns with. At the meeting we can then print out this master document and run through it will all the comments printed.
Any ideas on what type of this I can use?
