I was recently asked to plan for the intranet development to be implemented in hospital. I have no idea what should the content for the intranet be.
Apart from the normal standards and information such as Company overview, services offered , Contact us etc
how do I incorporate Content and Knowledge Management issues in the intranet. What I was told is that the management would want to make use of the intranet as a central depository of information which use probably a database. How do I plan the initial design to incorporate such facilities that could be used at corpoarte level?
